Have you ever lived somewhere and not taken the opportunity to get to know it?

My name is Heather Caulder and I’ve been a Vancouver resident on and off for the last decade, but I’m guilty of not exploring my own city.

I travel internationally every chance I get. As a former Al Jazeera English journalist, I’ve even lived in Qatar.

But I’m dedicating 2016 to exploring my city and province by doing one new activity or seeing one new place each week.
